The starting point to a secure job and a lucrative career

The National Centre for Vocational Education Reserach (NCVER) recently released the findings of their Inaugural Apprentice and Trainee Destination Survey which tracks apprentices ad trainees nine months after leaving their training.

The survey found that:

92.9% of trade apprentices who completed their training found work, compared with 76.0% of those who did not complete their training.

Trade apprentices and trainees who finsih their training earn $49,100 per year on average, while $38,100 is the average for those who do not.

Non-trade apprentices and trainees who complete their training also do well, earning on average $44,900.
