Brett Hill
Advanced Diploma of Technology (Aviation)
Brett started the course in early 2005 in order to follow his passion for flying and gained his Private Licence, Commercial Licence and Instrument Rating whilst completing the Advanced Diploma. In December 2006, he gained employment at Ayers Rock Scenic Flights and, not long after, was promoted to the position of Base Manager.
Brett is currently flying charter and transfer flights for Island Air of Hamilton Island.
He believes that the Swinburne course taught him how to apply vital techniques to his daily work, allowing him to run a business safely and smoothly. He says that those skills have been important to his career advancement, leading him to where he is today.
