Creating ideas and values through sustainable change

	Dear Staff, As we continuously strive to be a dynamic School that meets the challenges presented to us today and in the future I believe that the 'best' emanates from 'a team approach'. Gathering ideas from my team, staff within the School of Business is vital and integral to our sustainable success. This website offers all staff an opportunity to share their creative ideas, solutions and strategies to support the School in continually improving, being innovative and being a 'great place to work'. I urge you all to take the opportunity to lodge your ideas, solutions and strategies against any of the themes listed below. 	For an idea to improve, add value to or for a new product or service for the School of Business then post your idea using the Post an idea link.
	For an idea on how to address an existing problem then use the Post a Problem link.
	For an idea which still needs some further development use the Idea Builder link.

Ideas will be evaluated by the School Management Group against the following criteria:

Postive impact on School's/Division's vision
Extent to which the idea is transferable across School departments
Cost benefit of the idea to the School
Learner engagement impact

The level of endorsement and support determined by the School Management Group will be determined by the following categories:

Option 1 - Act Now
These ideas are actioned immediately and may be allocated up to $500 for implementation.

Option 2 - Develop further
These ideas are to be developed further and implemented within 1 to 6 months. Funds from $500 - $8000 may be allocated for development and implementation.

Option 3 - Major Idea
These ideas will have a major impact on the School and may need up to 6 months development. Implementation can be up to 12 months. Funds from $500 - $8000 may be allowed for business plan development and initial implementation stage.
