BSB20107 Certificate II in Business
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who perform a range of mainly routine tasks using limited practical skills and fundamental operational knowledge in a defined context, working under direct supervision.
21860VIC Certificate II in Mumgu-dhal tyama-tiyt
This course provides accredited training for Indigenous Australians (aged 16–25) who want to develop their skills in order to access further education, training or employment.
BSB30110 Certificate III in Business
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply a broad range of competencies in a varied work context using some discretion, judgement and relevant theoretical knowledge. They may provide technical advice and support to a team.
CHC30108 Certificate III in Community Services (Youth)
This qualification applies to community work delivered through a broad range of services which provide support to individuals and groups.
FNS30304 Certificate III in Financial Services (Accounts Clerical)
This qualification is designed to reflect the role of entry-level employees who perform routine duties such as:
- accounts payable/accounts receivable
- payroll
- cashier
- preparation of trial balance
- bookkeeping
- EFT/e-business
- purchases and sales
- manual and computerised systems
- preparation of financial reports.
CHC41808 Certificate IV in Community Development
This qualification applies to community work delivered through a broad range of services which contributes to the development of community capacity through community consultation, public education, health promotion and advocacy.
BSB50710 Diploma in Business (Governance)
The Diploma program consists of 13 units, of which eight are mandatory and five are set electives. Two of the mandatory units have been completed in Certificate IV in Business (Governance) and therefore can be cross-credited to the Diploma program (Maintain and Protect Culture and Develop Organisation Policies).
The competencies of the Diploma are more complex than those at Certificate IV level, thereby reflecting multifaceted tasks undertaken by Board Directors. These tasks include managing conflict, controlling organisational finances and developing employment policies.
CHC50708 Diploma of Community Development
The Diploma of Community Development is designed to provide graduates with the skills, knowledge and understanding necessary to work with communities that experience disadvantage and discrimination.
CHC51408 Diploma of Youth Work
The Diploma of Youth Work involves managing, developing and coordinating programs and case management skills for young people to address the social, behavioural, health, welfare and protection.
This course provides the participants with knowledge, skills and values to support children and young people. The Diploma of Youth Work has a focus on supporting workers as well as young people in line with management responsibilities.
22160BIC Advanced Diploma of Community Leadership and Development
The main objective of this course is to develop key skills in leadership, strategic planning, community development, governance and capacity building.
This qualification could enable graduates to work in a range of industry areas including business, governance and community services, in particular, those that are community controlled.
