Teacher Induction

The Innovation in Education Unit runs induction sessions for staff new to teaching at Swinburne TAFE. These sessions cover such aspects as planning a learning program, assessment, compliance issues, dealing with difficult behaviour, blended learning as well as tips and strategies for effective delivery.

These sessions will be offered throughout the year on a regularly scheduled basis, or may be offered for smaller groups as requested by individual departments.
