Blended delivery enables you to combine self paced learning together with on-campus intensive delivery.

Swinburne has developed an exciting program that is both time effective and cost competitive. This intensive blended model offers you the opportunity to undertake the:

• 6 "work based" units in a self/paced manner with tutor support. This means you will not be required to take time off work to attend on/campus training.
• 8 subjects remaining, which by nature are more challenging, are offered on campus individually ranging from 3 days to whole week sessions. This structure minimises time away from the office and is ideally suited to people working within the busy real estate industry.

Swinburne has delivered a successful intensive program for over 10 years. We engage skilled trainers that are experienced industry practitioners to ensure students are provided with up to date and relevant information. Considerable emphasis is placed on supporting students in preparation for exams and assignments.
