    The Lilydale campus is home to one of Swinburne’s hospitality training restaurants, The Apprentice at Mitchell’s View, which benefits from its proximity to the Yarra Valley food and wine region. Located on level three of the TAFE building on Melba Avenue, the restaurant is open to the general public. Come in and enjoy lunch or an a la carte three course dinner at $29.50 per person.
