"I would like to thank-you and your team for the excellent catering and first class service for the Swinburne-Yarra ranges function on Wednesday 21 September. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The function was a testament to the professionalism and dedication you bring to your role. This function allowed for many of the attendees to experience first hand what Swinburne Hospitality can provide and allowed for a greater community awareness of Mitchells View.
Also the Shire of Yarra Ranges and Swinburne are looking at other functions and we would like to discuss possible scenarios such as breakfast meetings, morning/afternoon coffee events, etc... and I'll keep in touch regarding these other initiatives."

"Last Thursday night we held a dinner for the Grad Certs lecturing team at your new restaurant. It was a tremendous success and I just want to pass on the feedback. Everyone, without exception, loved the food. The service team were wonderful. Everything was handled in a professional, yet warm manner.
Thanks so much for a terrific night that has done much to boost the morale of my team and hopefully spur us on for a successful semester."
With kind regards.

"I wanted to thank you most sincerely for the MasterChef Challenge that you undertook with the Students and Programs team last Monday. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves with the challenge of operating as a true team in a new environment. I believe it was the best team building workshop that we have ever undertaken.
We talk about working in a team but until you see an exercise such as this; puts a different meaning to the term - team building.
Thank you again and I would be happy to provide further feed back."

"The pasta class was fantastic, Dad and I had a great afternoon. The only feedback I can offer is that I'd love to do more! I mentioned to the Chef on the day that I'd love to come and do short courses in the kitchen if possible. I did at one stage toy with the idea of a career change into cooking/pastry but unfortunately family commitments don't allow it at the moment. I would however be very interested in attending paid classes/short courses if they were available at Swinburne Lilydale. I know Dad would also be interested.
Registration for the event was easy and the reminders before hand via email were great."
Thanks again for a great afternoon,
Kirsty

"The registration and communication process was fantastic.
We were kept informed and had all the information needed during the booking and confirmation.
It was a joy to be involved, just need the pasta machine so we can continue to make pasta as shown in the Master Class.
I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who was interested."

"I did the Pasta Making Class with my 14 year old son Justin, who is very keen to become a chef. It was great. We both thoroughly enjoyed it and are now very keen to buy a pasta machine so we can make our own pasta. Our teacher David was fantastic and was very helpful and informative. The registration process and communication in the lead up to the event were very good.
We were really impressed with the facilities at Swinburne, Lilydale and with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Justin now thinks this is where he would like to study in a few years time. Please give our thanks to all involved."

"Thank you very much for the experience on the day. It was most instructive and it was a pleasure to work in a commercial kitchen. The trainer was most helpful and courteous. My daughter arranged the registration but she appeared to have been updated with all information required for the event. Thank you once again. I would very much like to participate in any other such like events. Not only did we enjoy the experience but we have now rekindled our participation in Mitchell's View which we thought had closed."

"The whole experience was great had a wonderful experience and the staff were great. If you [offered] weekly or monthly classes you would have had both me and wife sign up on the spot. If you do in future have these type of classes again could you let me know and I will book in?
Thanks again. It was great."
