Swinburne University of Technology runs two training restaurants that are open to the public. The restaurants are staffed by students who are studying hospitality at Swinburne, and are being trained on the ground. Dining at The Apprentice Restaurant (at Mitchell's view or in Prahran) is a great way to try amazing food at very competitive prices.
