- The Apprentice Restaurant at Prahran invites you to a Traditional Chinese Banquet. Chef Lillie Giang will be cooking a traditional Chinese seven course banquet with matched wine at The Apprentice Restaurant. Authentic Chinese flavours with a modern twist accompanied by wine matching from our Sommelier Dario D'agostino.
