We value feedback as a way to improve our services. These online forms are provided so that you can send us your comments as efficently as possible.

The Site Feedback form is for your comments on this site.

You can also give feedback to the process managers on any of the procedures in the ISO9001 Quality System through our online Procedure Feedback form. This feedback is used for the finalising of draft procedures and the procedure review of existing procedures. You can also provide feedback on Corporate Services (as described in QTAFE6 Service Feedback) through the University Feedback on Services online form.
