There is more to organisational performance than just monitoring SCH. However, this is one of the most significant.

What does the Division do?

Monitoring organisational performance includes finding out what our customers and key stakeholders want and how well we meet those expectations.

To that end the Strategic Development Group provides the following services for the Division.

• Monitors training delivery through TOMS performance reports.
• Conducts quarterly training profile discussions that look at trends in performance.
• Contributes to the University-wide student enrolment and satisfaction surveys.
• Develops staff and employer satisfaction surveys
• Coordinates the Division input into national surveys of course and module outcomes and graduate destinations.
• Assists in the design of other surveys conducted by departments.
• Monitors external benchmarking studies.

Strategic Development Group is moving towards setting up the systems and data to be able to benchmark the TAFE Division against other organisations.
