This document provides a snap shot of each of the Strategies, Systems, Processes and Resources, and Capabilities required to meet each of the Key Performance Areas that appear in the Strategic Plan.
The TAFE Division’s mission and vision is provided, followed by the description of the 7 KPAs, each with three year outcome measures written against them. Specific focus areas for 2006 are written against each KPA.
The rest of the text outlines the specific Strategies and Systems, Processes and Resources (shaded grey) required to achieve each KPA. The specific actions are written in black and the measures in red, for the following groups:
