Employer Satisfaction Surveys
Swinburne TAFE Division has conducted employer satisfaction surveys
since 2001. The aim of the survey is to obtain employers' views
on how well the Division is performing in areas of customer service
and training delivery.
2009
Three separate employer surveys were undertaken in March 2009, a total of 2332 were sent out; ATTP, practical placement and SIS.

In 2006 the survey was sent to 1,236 employers
who had employees, or students on placement, being trained by Swinburne
TAFE.

In 2004 the survey was sent to 1,000 employers,
the majority of which were employers of current apprentices and
trainees. Host employers of practical placement students were also
surveyed.
