Staff Satisfaction Studies

In the performance agreement with OTTE there is a requirement for all TAFE providers to survey their students, student employers and staff. In 2003 and 2004 staff satisfaction surveys form contract and ongoing staff have been conducted by Human Resources.

The TAFE Division intends to conduct satisfaction research activities with sessional teaching staff in 2005.
