Workplace Skills Access

Workplace Skills Access is a team of experienced workplace trainers and assessors who:

	Offer customized industry training aligned to the core competencies from a range of nationally accredited Training Packages, such as workplace communication, team skills, OH&S, workplace calculations and quality assurance practices.
	Specialise in training that develops employees' workplace communication skills, including computer skills.
	Can complement existing training programs to assist workers who may need extra support in English language, or literacy/numeracy.
	Can assist workplaces with other training consultancy services such as training needs analysis, development of training plans, improvement of workplace documentation, and general workplace communication reviews.
	Have extensive experience in developing customized training resources across a range of industries.

Government Funding for Training

The Workplace Skills Access team, supports companies and organizations to access funding for training through the government Workplace English Language and Literacy (WELL) program. WELL funded projects are entirely customized to the workplace and generally span a one year period. The team has an excellent track record in the delivery of WELL programs in a wide range of industries.
