| | |  | Gymnasium Swinergy Sports Centre's fully equipped gymnasium, including electronic cardio equipment, machine pin loaded weights and free weights, allowing members to engage in a diverse range of activities to improve there health and fitness. The centre is staffed by students and trainees enrolled in Sport and Recreation and Fitness courses. These students and trainees undertake rotations in the gymnasium and reception under supervision of the Centre Manager, head fitness instructor and educational team. Some instructors may not yet be fully qualified

| Health and Fitness Assessment Health consultation - During your initial consultation you will be required to undertake a brief medical screening, including a mandatory blood pressure test and heart rate check. Optional fitness tests and measurements are also available, if you so desire. Under some circumstances you may be required to obtain a doctors certificate before resuming an exercise program. Program Start - Once your fitness instructor has ascertained all relevant information to draft your tailored program, they will guide you through the selected exercises and show you how to use the equipment. Gym and Gym plus memberships include a free fitness assessment every 6-8 weeks, this will help you remain motivated and ensure you continue to improve and achieve your goals | | | | |
